Hi there！

I am a Vancouver-based artist and designer. I was born and raised in China and moved to Vancouver in 2011. I spent my high school and university years in Canada and lived in Europe for a couple of months for exchange studies in Jewelry Design and Fresco Painting.

In addition to my daily work, I have been an entrepreneur for ten years. I started my own art business in 2013. As an artist who creates customized paper clay figures and hand-painted gifting products, I have learned a lot from communicating with clients, transforming intangible ideas into physical products, and promoting them in the market, among other things.

I have worked on a wide range of design projects, including furniture, ceramics, home accessories, jewelry, visual merchandising, and home decorating/staging, among others.

Initially, being a designer with multiple interests and a passion for various fields bothered me for a while. As time has gone by, I've realized that this "multiple-me" has shaped me into a person with awakening and empathy. With this diverse background, I am able to see things from various angles. I am now more than ready to explore more interdisciplinary possibilities in future design practices.
